Questions
What is a credit?
The unit the AI is paid with. A plan from a photo costs 10 credits, a typed request (a change, furnishing a room) 1 credit. A run that fails on our side costs nothing. Drawing by hand never costs anything.
Is it a subscription?
No. You buy a pack once; it lasts 12 months. Nothing renews by itself: buy another one whenever you need more.
What happens when a pack ends?
Nothing is deleted. Credits left over expire; your first cloud projects stay editable, the ones over the free limit become read-only: you can still open, export and delete them.
What if the service closes?
We tell every account by email at least 30 days before. You can export your projects meanwhile, and the unused credits of your active packs are refunded if you ask before the closing date.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of the purchase if you have not used any credit of the pack. Details in the refund policy.
How exact is a plan from a photo?
It reads the dimensions written on the plan; on a clear plan the rooms come out to the millimetre. Small or blurred numbers are guessed and the AI says where: check those places. The result is a drawing to work with, not a surveyed measurement.
What do I need?
A current browser on a computer (Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari). Drawing is made for a mouse or a touchpad; on a phone you can look at a plan, not draw it comfortably. No installation.
What happens to my photos and plans?
They are used only to draw and edit your plan, and are sent to the company that runs the AI model for that (Anthropic), which may not train on them. Photos are deleted after 30 days. You can download or delete everything from the account menu. See the privacy policy.
