Traceflat / Floor plan for a listing

GUIDE · PLAN → LISTING

A clean floor plan for your rental or sale listing.

Redraw the old plan from a photo with the AI or draw it from your measurements: a crisp drawing with the room names and areas. Put the image in the listing, send buyers a link to walk around it in 3D.

The editor, the PNG image and the sample run are free, no sign-up. New accounts get 5 free credits for 1 month. After that, AI runs on one-time credit packs, no subscription.

What you get for the listing

How it works

  1. 01

    Get the plan

A photo or scan of the old plan (the AI redraws it at the written sizes), or draw it by hand. See floor plan from a photo.

  2. 02

    Name the rooms

Rooms are found from the walls with their areas; name them, furnish them if you like, check the sizes.

  3. 03

    Export or share

Export the PNG for the listing, or share a view-only link that opens in 2D and 3D.

What it costs

The editor, the PNG image and the project file are free, and 1 cloud project when signed in, with its view link. The PDF and the DXF come with any pack; a plan from a photo costs 10 credits, a typed request 1 credit. New accounts get 5 free credits for 1 month, once per email address (an account deleted and made again does not get them again). One-time packs, no subscription: see pricing.

Questions

Is the image for the listing free?

Yes. The PNG export is free: the same drawing as the PDF sheet, with the walls, doors, windows, room names and areas.

Can buyers look at the plan in 3D?

Yes. Share a view-only link: anyone with it sees the plan in 2D and 3D without an account. They cannot change it. Sharing is free; the plan has to be kept in your cloud projects (you need to be signed in).

Can I show the sizes in feet?

Yes. The units are millimetres, centimetres, metres or feet and inches, and the drawing, the PNG and the PDF use the ones you pick (the DXF is in millimetres).

I only have an old paper plan.

Take a photo of it: the AI redraws it at the written sizes. Or draw it by hand from your own measurements, which is free.
