What it measures, room by room

• Floor area, which is also the ceiling to paint: for flooring, tiles, underfloor heating.
• Walls to paint or tile: the wall faces up to each wall's height, less the doors, windows and doorways in them. A wall between two rooms counts on each side.
• Skirting: the room's perimeter less the doors, doorways and floor windows.
• Perimeter, doors and windows of each room.
• Balconies and loggias as their own group; the totals with the gross area, the walls before openings and the area of the doors and windows.
• A finish schedule when you colour the floors and walls: each room's finishes and how much of each.

Or ask in words

"How many 2.5 l cans of paint for the bedroom, two coats, 10 m² per litre?" The AI reads that room's numbers from the plan and works it out. The same for tiles with a margin or laminate packs. A typed request costs 1 credit.

   A photo or scan of the plan (the AI draws it at the written sizes), or draw it by hand. See floor plan from a photo.

   Check the sizes

   Click a wall to see its length; one wall's real length rescales a plan drawn at the wrong scale. The numbers follow every change.

3. 03

   Export the PDF

   The plan sheet to scale, then a table per room: floor, walls to paint, skirting, with the totals.

What it costs

The editor shows every room's area for free. The PDF with the quantities comes with any pack; a plan from a photo costs 10 credits, a typed request 1 credit.
